| Scope 3 Procurement Item | Procurement Emissions Factor Set Item ID | ID of the procurement emissions factor set item record that contains the emissions factor to be applied to the procurement item. |
| Purchase Quantity | Quantity of the procurement items that are purchased. | |
| Report Date | Date included in reports and dashboards for the scope 3 procurement item. The report date can be the report end date, the first day of the calendar year in the reporting year, or the current date. | |
| Scope 3 Procurement Item ID | ID of the scope 3 procurement item record. | |
| Scope 3 Quantity-Based Emissions (tCO2e) | Calculated quantity-based scope 3 emissions for the procurement item record. The value is calculated based on the quantity of items purchased and the product emissions factor. | |
| Scope 3 Spend-Based Emissions (tCO2e) | Calculated spend-based scope 3 emissions for the procurement item record. | |
| Spent Amount | Amount spent for the procurement item in the currency selected for the parent procurement summary record. | |
| Procurement Emissions Factor Set Item | Name | Name of the procurement emissions factor set item record that contains the emissions factor to be applied to the procurement item. |
