The Predicted Supply Chain Emissions Dataset recipe aggregates scope 3 emissions based on the scope 3 procurement items and procurement emissions factor set items. The recipe then segregates the emissions by USEEIO category and the corresponding company growth factor, and calculates the company’s growth ratio based on the company growth factors. The total scope 3 emissions are then multiplied with the growth ratio to get carbon emission predictions. The emission predictions are then stored in the Predicted Supply Chain Emissions dataset.
