            Enable CRM Analytics and Assign Permissions

            Enable CRM Analytics and assign the required permissions to admins and users. Set field-level security for the fields that are used by the CRM Analytics apps created by using the External Data to Predict Supply Chain Emissions template and the Prediction of Supply Chain Emissions template.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience and the Salesforce mobile app
            Available in: Enterprise, Developer, Performance, and Unlimited Editions
            Available with the CRM Analytics for Net Zero add-on license
            User Permissions Needed
            To assign permission sets:

            Assign Permission Sets AND

            View Setup and Configuration
            To set field-level security:

            Manage Profiles and Permission Sets AND

            Customize Application
            1. Enable CRM Analytics.
            2. Assign admins the Net Zero Analytics Admin permission set to create and manage the app.
            3. Assign the Net Zero Analytics User permission set to users who only need read access to dashboards installed by the app.
            4. Give the Analytics Cloud Integration User profile access to all fields that the CRM Analytics apps use. For more information on the fields that the apps use, see Sync Your Local Data.
