            Update an Emissions Factor Dataset

            Update an Emissions Factor Dataset

            Update your existing reference dataset to a new version. This process overwrites data in fields in existing emissions factors for the selected dataset. If you don’t want these records updated, lock the reference data record. It’s recommended to enable history tracking for emissions factors.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To view setup pages: View Setup and Configuration
            To upload emissions factors datasets: Manage Load Reference Data
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Load Reference Data, and then select Load Reference Data.
            2. Expand the dataset that has an update available.
            3. Click Load Dataset and then confirm the upload.
