            Set Up Agentforce

            Enable Agentforce in Net Zero Cloud to create AI-powered virtual agents that assist sustainability managers in getting the information they need, when they need it. Einstein Generative AI for Net Zero Cloud powers these virtual agents, enabling them to answer questions and draft text snippets from environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure reports.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Net Zero Cloud Growth license or the Net Zero Cloud User add-on license and the Agentforce for Net Zero add-on license. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Net Zero add-on to access the action

            To build Employee agents:

            Manage AI Agents

            AND

            Manage Agentforce Employee Agents

            OR

            Customize Application
            1. Turn on Agentforce.
              Important
              Important To use Einstein Generative AI, you must purchase the Agentforce for Net Zero add-on license. To purchase an add-on license, contact your Salesforce account executive.
            2. As a system administrator confirm that your org has these permission set licenses:
              • Einstein for Disclosure and Compliance Hub
              • Einstein Prompt Templates
            3. Assign these permission sets to the users:

              • Net Zero Cloud Admin or Net Zero Cloud Manager

              • Einstein for Disclosure and Compliance Hub User
              • Disclosure and Compliance Hub User
              • Data Cloud Architect
              • Prompt Template User
