            Net Zero Cloud managers can engage with stakeholders to collect environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data by using the Data Collection agent. Assign tasks and send emails to facility managers to gather information for assets such as commercial buildings, data centers, and vehicles.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Net Zero Cloud Growth license or the Net Zero Cloud User add-on license and the Agentforce for Net Zero add-on license. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Net Zero add-on to access the action

            Here’s how Net Zero Cloud managers can analyze ‌ESG data by using Agentforce.

            Make sure you have enabled all the permission and features required for the agent topic and actions.
