            Net Zero Cloud managers can answer queries and draft text snippets from environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure reports by using the ESG Reporting agent. These snippets help you document your organization's sustainability policies and practices, such as climate change initiatives and renewable energy use.

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Net Zero Cloud Growth license or the Net Zero Cloud User add-on license and the Agentforce for Net Zero add-on license. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Net Zero add-on to access the action

            Here’s how Net Zero Cloud managers can analyze ‌carbon emissions accounting data by using Agentforce.

            Make sure you have enabled all the permission and features required for the agent topic and actions.
