Configure Information Library
Use Information Library to collect and organize Environmental, Social, and Governance information into a single source and use it across multiple reports and disclosures.

| To enable Information Library: | Manage Materiality Assessment OR Manage Information Library |
- To collect and organize content in Information Library, in the Disclosure and Compliance Hub settings, turn on Information Library.
- To manage the Information Library with Einstein generative AI, turn on Einstein for Information Library.
- To create a Standard User Profile, create a Disclosure and Compliance Hub profile.
- To create or update users that can use Information Library, assign the Disclosure and Compliance Hub profile to the user. Then assign the appropriate permission sets.
- To create and edit materiality topics, turn on Manage Materiality Assessments.
- To store the generated Information Library documents in a single location. See Configure External Document Storage for Information Library in Integrate Microsoft 365 Azure with Salesforce for Net Zero Cloud.
- To connect Information Library to Word for collaboration, set up the Salesforce Disclosure and Compliance Hub add-in for Microsoft 365 Word.
- If necessary, to apply interest tags to your Information Library content, set up interest tags.
- If necessary, to automate how records are approved, set up the approval process.
- Enable Einstein for Information Library
Use Einstein generative AI to collect, organize, and improve the overall efficiency of your Information Library. You make data-driven decisions and streamline your workflows, ensuring that your environmental, social, and governance (ESG) information is always up-to-date and easily accessible.
