            Enable the Disclosure and Compliance Hub

            Extract data, answer questions, collaborate with other users, and generate disclosures with Disclosure and Compliance Hub.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Net Zero Cloud Growth license or the Net Zero Cloud User add-on license and the Agentforce for Net Zero Cloud add-on license. Einstein generative AI is available in Lightning Experience
            Available with the Salesforce Foundations license.
            To purchase the Agentforce for Net Zero Cloud add-on, contact your Salesforce account executive
            User Permissions Needed
            To view setup pages: View Setup and Configuration
            To enable Disclosure and Compliance Hub: Disclosure and Compliance Hub User
            To enable Einstein for disclosure authoring: Use Einstein to Author Disclosures
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Disclosure and Compliance Hub, and then select Disclosure and Compliance Hub Settings.
            2. To generate disclosures, turn on Manage Disclosure and Compliance Hub.
            3. Turn on these settings as needed.
              • Use Disclosure and Compliance Hub Plugin
                Generate disclosure reports with the Salesforce Disclosure and Compliance Hub add-in for Microsoft 365 Word or Salesforce Disclosure and Compliance Hub Connector add-on for Google Docs.
              • Manage ESG Reports
                Create environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reports by using predefined report templates.
              • Manage CSRD Reports
                Create CSRD reports with the disclosure and compliance hub.

                You can enable this setting only when you turn on Net Zero Cloud , enable Design Document Templates in Salesforce under Document Generation, and set Get Disclosure and Compliance Hub Plugin to either Microsoft Office 365 or Google Doc.

              • Information Library
                Collect and organize ESG information into a single source and use it across multiple reports and disclosures.
              • Einstein for Disclosure Authoring
                Author disclosure reports with generative AI.

                You can enable this setting only when the Use Disclosure and Compliance Hub Plugin is either Microsoft 365 Word or Google Docs.

              • Einstein for Response Enrichment
                Analyze and enrich disclosure responses with generative AI. You can enable this setting only when the Einstein for Disclosure Authoring is on.
              • Einstein Search for Disclosures
                Search for disclosures with generative AI. You can turn on this setting only when Einstein for Disclosure Authoring is on.
              • Einstein to Generate Draft Response Document
                Generate the draft disclosure response document with generative AI. You can enable this setting only when the Einstein for Disclosure Authoring is on.

                You can enable this setting only when the Use Disclosure and Compliance Hub Plugin is either Microsoft 365 Word or Google Docs.
