Set Up the ESG Reporting Agent
Configure the ESG Reporting Agent to answer queries and draft text snippets from environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure reports.

- Set Up Agentforce for Net Zero Cloud.
- To ingest, harmonize, unify, and analyze streaming and batch data with Salesforce Data 360, turn on Data 360 in your Salesforce org.
- To ingest content documents added as file attachments so that file-based search works, set up file force in Data 360.

Enable these Disclosure and Compliance Hub
settings.
- Manage Disclosure and Compliance Hub
- Einstein for Disclosure Authoring
- Einstein Search for Disclosures
- Create an ESG Reporting agent from an Agentforce Employee Agent template.

Complete your setup and customize the ESG Reporting Agent.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, find and select Agentforce Agents.
- Launch your agent in Agentforce Builder.
- If your agent is active, deactivate it.
- From the sidebar, select Topics.
- On the Topics panel, click New, and then select Add from Asset Library.
- Select ESG Reporting, and then click Finish.
ESG Reporting agent is designed to assist in drafting and summarizing text related to an organization’s policies on climate risk mitigation, climate change adaptation, energy efficiency, greenhouse gas removal, and other climate-related impacts, risks, and opportunities. To redirect unanswered conversations to a human representative, set up an escalation topic.
