To use Received Documents for uploading documents and processing them, assign users the
Intelligent Document Workspace User permission set.
To download a CSV template file, add data to the file, and upload the data to Net Zero Cloud, assign a user the Download CSV Template and Upload Data system permission in the Net Zero Cloud Manager permission set.
Set up a screen flow to load data from a CSV file to Net Zero Cloud objects by using Flow
Builder.
If the permission or permission set isn't available in your org, contact your account
executive.
