Set Up Disclosure Metadata
Use metadata to bind the common components, such as the disclosure type, description, description version, and the Omniscript, or Microsoft 365 Word, or Google Doc documents.

Categorize Your Disclosure Clauses
Categorize your disclosure and compliance reports, which are based on standardized disclosure templates, in a response document by using a clause category.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Clause Management, and then select Clause Category Configuration.
- Click New Clause Category Configuration.
- Enter a category name.
- For usage type, select Disclosure Category.
- Save your changes.
Create a Disclosure Type
Create disclosure types to relate a disclosure to a category in the Information Library category.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Disclosure and Compliance Hub, and then select Disclosure Type.
- Click New Disclosure Type.
- Enter the disclosure type name and select a category.
- If needed, select a disclosure body logo and enter a disclosure body URL.
- Save your changes.
Create a Disclosure Definition
Enter information that defines a disclosure type.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Disclosure and Compliance Hub, and then select Disclosure Definition.
- Click New Disclosure Definition.
- Enter the disclosure definition name, select the disclosure type, and enter the description.
- Save your changes.
Add Disclosure Definition Version Information
The version information identifies the active disclosure definition and relates the version to an authoring mode.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Disclosure and Compliance Hub, and then select Disclosure Definition Version.
- Click New Disclosure Definition Version.
- Enter the disclosure definition version name.
- Enter a version for the disclosure definition.
- Select a disclosure definition.
- To set the disclosure definition version as an active version, select Active.

If the disclosure definition version is the current version, select Current
Version.
You can have only one current version of a disclosure definition.

Select the authoring mode to open the disclosure in, and then enter the required
values.
Microsoft 365 Word Enter the global key associated with the DOCX template. To get the global key, query the document template that you created. See Define Disclosure Document Generation. Omniscript Form Enter the Omniscript configuration API name that relates to the Omniscript form that you created for the assessment questions. See Manage Disclosure Questionnaire Information in Discovery Framework. Omniscript and Microsoft 365 Word Enter the document template global key related to the DOCX template and the Omniscript configuration API name that relates to the Omniscript form that you created for the assessment questions. To get the global key, query the document template that you created. See Define Disclosure Document Generation.

Google Docs Enter the global key associated with the Google Doc template. To get the global key, query the document template that you created. See Define Disclosure Document Generation. When creating disclosure report templates with Google Docs, you can’t configure data mappers to transform data.
Omniscript and Google Docs Enter the document template global key related to the Google Doc template and the Omniscript configuration API name that relates to the Omniscript form that you created for the assessment questions. To get the global key, query the document template that you created. See Define Disclosure Document Generation.
