            Upgrade the Net Zero Cloud Disclosure Managed Package to New Version

            To generate reports by using the latest Disclosure and Compliance Hub template, upgrade your Net Zero Cloud GRI, or CDP disclosure managed packages from an old version to a new supported version. These packages are available only in English.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Net Zero Cloud Growth license
            user Permissions Needed
            To set up Disclosure and Compliance Hub: Disclosure and Compliance Hub User
            To update packages: Download AppExchange Packages
            To enable Omnistudio Runtime Settings and Omnistudio Metadata: Omnistudio Admin

            Upgrade the Package to a New Version

            1. Log in to the Salesforce org where you want to upgrade the package.
            2. Deactivate and delete the Omniscripts.
              1. From the App Launcher, find and select Omnistudio Designer.
              2. If these Omniscripts are active, deactivate them and delete them.

                All Omniscripts with names starting with C{NUMBER}, for example, C1 (Version 1)
            3. Delete the Omnistudio Data Mappers.
              1. From the App Launcher, find and select Omnistudio Data Mappers.
              2. If these Data Mappers are active, delete them.

            4. Delete the assessment question responses.
              1. In Settings, click Developer Console.
              2. From the Debug menu, select Open Execute Anonymous Window.
              3. Enter this command, and click Execute. 
                delete[select id from AssessmentQuestionResponse where AssessmentId = ‘{Disclosure Assessment Id}’];
            5. Log out of Net Zero Cloud.
            6. To download a Net Zero Cloud disclosure package, go to these pages:
            7. Log in to the Salesforce org where you want to upgrade the package.
            8. Click Install for All Users, and then click Upgrade.
            9. Install the Net Zero Cloud disclosures managed packages.
