          Configure Decision Tables

          Configure Decision Tables

Decision tables form the foundation of your pricing logic. Salesforce Pricing evaluates complex rules and looks up specific values, such as list prices, discounts, or volume tiers, based on defined input criteria. Configure standard decision tables that pull data directly from your Salesforce objects.

          • Create a Decision Table
To evaluate pricing rules and return specific pricing data such as list prices, discounts, or volume tiers, configure a standard decision table.
          • Create and Configure a CSV-Based Decision Table
You can use CSV-based decision tables to manage medium-scale pricing logic. After you create them, map these decision tables to a pricing recipe and use them in your pricing procedures.
