Activate a Decision Table in Agentforce Revenue Management

Activate a Decision Table in Agentforce Revenue Management

Before you use decision tables in qualification rule procedure elements, you must set the decision tables to active.

Required Editions

User Permissions Needed
To create, edit, and activate a decision table:	Manage Product Catalog AND Rules Engine Designer AND Context Service Runtime
To use a decision table:	Rules Engine Runtime

To use a decision table:

Rules Engine Runtime

From the Product Catalog Management app’s home page, click Qualification Rules.
From the Qualification Decision Tables list view, click the product decision table that you want to activate.
On the decision table page, click Activate.

Tip A decision table takes time to activate. To view the updated status, refresh the browser page.
