Manage Attribute Picklists in Agentforce Revenue Management
Picklists allow you to define multiple values for a given attribute. For example,
colors for t-shirts or sizes of pants. To use picklists with your attributes, you must define
your picklists first before creating the attributes.
You can reuse picklists by associating them with more than one attribute. For example, you
can create a picklist Color with values such as Blue, Red, Silver, and White, and then use
that picklists for all attributes that share those colors.
When creating picklists, you can choose one of these data types to define your picklist
values:
Boolean
Date
Datetime
Number
Text
Currency
Percent
Create Attribute Picklists Follow these instructions to create an attribute picklist. You must create your picklists first before you create attributes of type picklist.
