Create Product Specifications in Agentforce Revenue Management
With Product Catalog Management, you can define a specification type for the products that are
unique to your industry. A product specification type is associated with a product
specification record type.
The product specification record type links the product specification type with Record Types
defined on the Product object. The product specification record type also determines if
the product specification is sold commercially or not.
Product specification types and product specification record types are optional configurations.
You can create them when you set up Product Catalog Management.
