Run Rules with the Run Config Rules Action

Use the Run Config Rules invocable action to run Hide/Disable, Message, and Recommend rules.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions of Revenue Cloud with the Revenue Cloud Growth license or the Revenue Cloud Advanced license

Use an Apex call, an API call, or a screen flow to run the Run Config Rules invocable action.

Run the action with the Hide/Disable rule to hide an element or to prevent a user from selecting it ins the selection menu in Product Configurator.
Run the action with the Message rule to show a message to users in Product Configurator.
Run the action with the Recommend rule to show recommended products associated with the product the user is configuring in Product Configurator.
