          Create Agent Action: Recommend Products to Upsell

          The Provide Upselling Assistance action recommends the top 10 products, which includes each product’s sales pitch. The recommendations are based on the insights from historical visit and order data.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses.

          User Permissions Needed
          To create an agent action:

          Manage AI Agents AND Manage Agentforce Employee Agents

          OR

          Customize Application

          Before you begin,

          To create an agent action:

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agents, and then select Agentforce Assets.
          2. Click Actions, and then click New Agent Actions.
          3. For Reference Action Type, select Prompt Template.
          4. For Reference Action, select Recommend Products to Upsell.
          5. For Agent Action Label, enter Recommend Products to Upsell.
          6. Click Next.
          7. For Agent Action Instructions, enter Recommends the top 10 products, which includes the product sales pitch. The recommendations are based on these insights from historical visit and order data, such as: Most ordered products, and Products that are often reported as out-of-stock during visits.
          8. For Loading Text, enter Recommending products….
          9. For objectToSummarize Instructions, enter The account record for which a summary is to be created.
          10. For Prompt Response Instructions, enter The prompt response generated by the action based on the specified prompt and input.
          11. For Prompt Response Instructions, select Show in Conversation.
          12. Click Finish.
