To use an action plan template, create an instance of it from a specific record on the template’s target object. When you create an action plan for a specific record, the omni assessment tasks are available for inspectors, investigators, caseworkers, and other staff members to complete on the Assessment tab.
For a Dynamic Assessment for a salon fire safety inspection, you need a business license application record. Create one for a fictional salon to use for this example. When you create the application, create the required (fictional) account, contact, and license type as needed. Alternatively, use an existing business license record in your org. You can delete the action plan from the record later, if desired.
