            Activate the Benefit Recertification Flow Omniscripts

            Activate the Omniscripts that constituents use to recertify for a benefit.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To activate Omniscripts: OmniStudio Admin
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Omniscripts.
            2. Expand Recertification/HouseholdIncome, and then select Recertify Household Income (Version 1).
              If you customized the Integration Procedure, make sure that you activate the correct version.
            3. Click Activate Version.
            4. Repeat the steps to activate these Omniscripts. If you customized them, make sure that you activate the correct version.
              • Recertification/Application - ApplyForRecertification (Version 1)
              These Omniscripts are used in both the benefit recertification and the change of circumstances flows. If you set up the change of circumstances flow and activated the correct versions of these Omniscripts, you don’t need to activate them again.
