Omnistudio for Public Sector

Omnistudio is a suite of components and services that you can use to create guided, interactive applications and workflows with data from Public Sector and external sources, without code. Omnistudio includes:

Public Sector provides many Omniscript templates to get you started creating guided workflows, from business license applications to benefit applications. Most of the Omniscripts and their related Integration Procedures and other components are included in your org; a few licensing and permitting flows, however, must be downloaded and installed from process packages. In all cases, the Omniscript templates require customization for your unique needs.

• Install Omnistudio into Public Sector
  Install or upgrade the Omnistudio package in your Public Sector (formerly Public Sector Solutions) org.
• Create and Customize Omniscript Application Forms
  Use Omniscripts to create dynamic forms that constituents complete on your public portal to apply for licenses, permits, programs, and services.
