            Understand constituents’ personal history by capturing significant events and milestones in their lives with the Life Events or Business Milestones component in Public Sector.

            Required Editions

            Capture and visualize key events in a constituent’s life, such as graduation, getting married, having a baby, and changing jobs, using Life Events and Milestones. Use the details to inform care plans and other services to support positive outcomes for constituents.
