          Agentforce IT Service for Public Sector Solutions

          Use Agentforce IT Service to deliver instant, personalized, and consistent support to your employees across multiple channels, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, an Experience Cloud site, email, or chat. Track and manage incidents, process service requests, and effectively manage problems, changes, and releases by using an optimal combination of AI and human agents.

          To get started with IT Service, create an Employee user. In the User License and Profile step, select Lightning Platform.

          Note
          Note Although HR Service and IT Service direct you to assign the Unified Employee License (UEL) user license, for Public Sector Solutions, assign the Lightning Platform - One App user license instead.

          Make sure that you also have the Employee Experience for Public Sector add-on.
