          Authorize Referrals for Providers in Public Sector

          Review referral authorization requests and authorize a provider to serve a constituent.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To authorize referrals:

          Case Referral permission set

          AND

          Program and Benefit Management Access permission set

          AND

          Provider Management Access permission set

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Referrals, and then select the referral that you want to authorize.
          2. Click Authorize Referral.
            If you don't see the Authorize Referral button, work with your Salesforce admin to make sure that they have configured referral authorization. See Configure Referral Authorization.

            Success and failure messages of a referral's authorization are available on Chatter. Make sure that the Salesforce admin has configured Chatter feeds. See Enable Chatter Feeds for Providers.
