            Define Recertification Timelines for a Benefit

            Specify the frequency at which constituents must recertify for a benefit, and indicate when a constituent can recertify for the benefit as the due date approaches.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To modify benefits: Program and Benefit Management Access
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Benefits, and then select a benefit.
            2. For Recertification Frequency, enter the number of days after which constituents must regularly recertify for the benefit.
            3. For Start Recertification From, enter the number of days before the recertification due date that constituents can recertify for the benefit.
            4. Save your changes.
