          Candidate Sourcing with Agentforce

Recruiters can collaborate with an AI agent to identify potential candidates for a job opening. They can also create leads for the candidates to track outreach, and send outreach emails to invite the candidates to apply for the job opening.

Create an agent with one of these prebuilt subagents based on your sourcing goals:

          • Candidate Sourcing: To identify candidates from the pool of past applicants
          • Skill-Based Candidate Sourcing: To identify candidates based on their skillset

Automate and speed up routine recruiter tasks such as reviewing hundreds of past applications to find likely candidates for an opening and then, notify the candidates about the opening.

Recruiters can interact with the agent to complete these tasks.

Identify and reach out to potential candidates
          • Find relevant application forms:

The agent can find past application forms for a position with the same title as the one the recruiter is trying to fill. The agent can also filter the application forms by a recruitment stage that the recruiter specifies. For example, the agent can find all past application forms for an Analyst position that made it past the vetting stage.

          • Find candidates with relevant skills:

The agent scans existing person competencies and person examination records to identify candidates that match the skillsets for a job posting or the skillsets that the recruiter specifies. For example, the agent can find all candidates who have worked with regulatory filings and permit reviews.

          Create leads to track outreach
After the recruiter reviews the application forms or candidate details, the agent can create unique leads for the applicants to classify them as potential candidates for the position and track outreach.
          Send outreach emails
The agent can send template-based emails to potential candidates to alert them to the job opportunity and invite them to apply.

Add the Skill-Based Candidate Sourcing subagent to the agent to identify potential candidates based on their skillset. Create and assign a permission set to give recruiters access to the agent.
          • Find and Engage Potential Candidates for a New Job Position
Find applicants who have the skillset that you specify, or find candidates or past application forms that are relevant to the job position that you want to fill. Create leads for the applicants to identify them as potential candidates and track outreach. Then, send emails to the candidate leads to alert them to the job opening and invite them to apply.
