          Prerequisites for Investigative Case Management Complaint Intake

          Before you set up complaint intake for investigative cases, complete the prerequisites.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To view permission sets: View Setup and Configuration
          To assign permission sets: Assign Permission Sets
          1. Enable case proceedings and evidence management. See Investigative Case Management Prerequisites.
          2. Assign permissions for complaint intake.
            1. Assign the Case Proceedings permission set to admins who configure complaint intake for investigative cases.
            2. Assign these permission sets to caseworkers and other users who work with complaints for investigative cases.

              • Evidence Management
              • Interaction Summary
              • Omniscript User

          3. Configure regulatory authorizations and create regulatory codes.
          4. Create an Experience Cloud site based on the Benefit Assistance template. See Benefit Assistance Site Prerequisites and Build a Benefit Assistance Experience Cloud Site in Public Sector.
          5. On your Customer Community profile, for the Case and Public Complaint objects, enable read, create, and edit access. See Edit Object Permissions in Profiles.
          6. Configure these sharing settings so that constituents can use the case proceedings Omniscripts on your benefit assistance site. See Sharing Settings.
