Dynamic Assessments guide you through a series of omni assessment tasks whose steps incorporate conditional logic, so you ask the right questions and conduct complete, thorough, and accurate evaluations of sites, circumstances, and applicants.
Here’s how to complete a Dynamic Assessment for an inspection, such as a fire safety inspection, for a business license application.
- In the Public Sector: Inspection Management app, from the App Launcher, find and select Business License Applications.
- Select a record.
- On the Assessments tab, click the first omni assessment task to perform.
- Answer the questions.
-
When you finish a task, click Mark as Complete.
If you’re conducting a Dynamic Assessment for an inspection, a grantmaking audit, or an investigative case and your admin has configured it, a regulatory code violation is created when the inspector or other user selects Fail for a question’s compliance status.
- To see if code violation records were created, look at the Regulatory Code Violations related list on the Assessment Question Version record page.
-
To see assessment question responses, do either of the following.
- On the business license application or visit record, on the Assessments tab, click a task to see its questions and responses.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Assessments. Select an assessment and, on the Related tab, look at the Assessment Question Responses related list.
