          Configure Prerequisites for Application Screening with Agentforce

          Before you set up the agent to assist recruiters with application screening, complete these prerequisites.

          Required Editions

          Set Up Talent Recruitment Management

          Assign Admin and Recruiter Permissions

          1. Assign these permission sets to users who set up Application Screening with Agentforce.
            1. Prompt Template Manager
            2. Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access
          2. Assign these permission sets to recruiters who interact with the Application Screening agent.
            1. Agentforce for Public Sector
            2. Prompt Template User
            3. Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access

          Enable Features for Application Screening with Agentforce.

          Set Field-Level Security for Application Form Evaluation

          Give the recruiter and hiring manager profiles access to the fields of the Application Form Evaluation object.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed

          To set field-level security:

          Customize Application

          1. From Setup, in Object Manager, select Application Form Evaluation.
          2. Click Fields & Relationships.
          3. Click a field name and then click Set Field-Level Security.
          4. For the HR User and Employee User profiles, select Visible, and then save your changes.
          5. Repeat these steps for all the fields.
