            Configure Prerequisites for Candidate Sourcing with Agentforce

            Before you set up the agent to assist recruiters, complete these prerequisites.

            Required Editions

            Assign Admin and Recruiter Permissions

            1. Assign the Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access permission set to admins who set up Candidate Sourcing with Agentforce.
            2. Assign Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access permission set to recruiters who interact with the agent.

            Enable Features for Candidate Sourcing with Agentforce

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To enable features: Customize Application
            1. Enable Einstein generative AI.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Setup, and then select Einstein Setup.
              2. Turn on Einstein.
            2. Enable Agentforce.
              1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce, and then select Agentforce Agents.
              2. Turn on Agentforce.
            3. Enable Talent Recruitment Management and Recruitment Skills.
              1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Talent, and then select Talent Recruitment Management.
              2. Turn on Manage talent recruitment and hiring.
              3. In Setup, select Talent Recruitment Management Agentforce Settings.
              4. Turn on Recruiter Skills.

            Set Up Talent Recruitment Management

            1. Based on the subagent, make sure that the required source objects have valid data to provide context for the agent actions.
              For the Candidate Sourcing subagent

              For the Skill-Based Candidate Sourcing subagent

            2. Create the candidate site so that you can include a link to recruitment postings on the site in the outreach email sent to candidates.

            Update the Outreach Email Content with the Link to Your Candidate Site

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find Box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            2. Select Email Candidate Leads.
            3. In Flow Builder, in the Toolbox, select EmailDraftTemplate text template.
            4. In the Body, find and double-click the hyperlinked word ‘here’.
            5. In the link URL, replace <site-url> with the URL of your career site, and save your changes. You can find the URL of the site on the All Sites Setup page.
            6. (Optional) Customize the subject and message content to match your agency’s voice and style.
            7. Save your changes.
