Configure Prerequisites for Compliance Management with Agentforce
Before you set up the agent to assist compliance officers, complete these prerequisites.
Required Editions
Know Data Requirements for the Agent
Make sure that these source objects have valid data to provide context for the agent actions.

Regulatory Code: If possible, create regulatory code records with the exact names as given in the policy documents. This practice ensures that the Regulatory Code field reflects the value when the agent creates the regulatory code violation record.

Visited Party: Make sure that the visited party’s primary contact has a valid email ID.

Assign these permission sets to the compliance officers or anyone who works with the Compliance Management agent.

Enable Features for Compliance Management with Agentforce

Enable Einstein generative AI and Compliance Management skills.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Setup, and then select Einstein Setup.
- Turn on Turn on Einstein.
- In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Generative AI Settings, and then, select Einstein Generative AI Settings.
- Turn on Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector.
- Under Agentforce, turn on Compliance Management Skills.

Enable Agentforce.
- In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce, and then select Agentforce Agents.
- Turn on Agentforce.
