Configure Prerequisites for the Job Recommendation Agent

Before you set up the Job Recommendation Agent, ensure your Salesforce org meets the requirements, assign permissions, and enable necessary features.

Assign Permissions

Assign the following permission sets to the appropriate users.

User Permissions Needed
Admin User (The user configuring the agent requires):	Advanced Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector Agentforce for Public Sector Public Sector Access Public Sector Field Access Talent Recruitment Management Specialist Access Prompt Template Manager Manage AI Agents and Manage Agentforce Employee Agents, Or Customize Application Data Cloud Activation Manager Data Cloud Architect Data Cloud User Agentforce Service Agent Configuration
Applicant User (End User - The applicant interacting with the agent on the portal requires):	Criteria-Based Search and Filter for Experience Cloud Talent Recruitment Management Applicant Access Run Flow Agentforce for Public Sector for Community Permission Set granting access to the configured Agent (see 'Assign Agent Access to Applicants')

Enable features via Setup.

In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Bots, and then select Einstein Bots.
Turn on Einstein Bots.
In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Setup, and then select Einstein Setup.
Turn on Einstein.
In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce, and then select Agentforce Agents.
Turn on Agentforce.
