            Configure Prerequisites for Constituent Agent for LPI Assistance

            Before you set up the agent to assist constituents, complete these prerequisites.

            Before you begin, make sure that your org has the required licenses and add-ons.

            This setup involves turning on the right tools and uploading your policy manuals to the agent's knowledge base.

            1. Enable Einstein generative AI.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Setup, and then select Einstein Setup.
              2. Turn on Einstein.
            2. Enable Agentforce.
              1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce, and then select Agentforce Agents.
              2. Turn on Agentforce.

            Set Up the Retriever

            Set up the retriever for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce Data Library, and then select Agentforce Data Library.
            2. Click New Library and select Files as the data type.
            3. Upload your agency’s policy manuals and regulatory documents to the library.
              Important
              Important The system must fully index uploaded policy documents before the agent uses the information. Wait until indexing is complete before testing the agent.
