            Configure Prerequisites for Recruitment Assistance with Agentforce

            Before you set up the agent to assist potential job applicants, complete these prerequisites.

            Before you begin, make sure that your org has the required licenses and add-ons:

            Required Licenses
            Agentforce and Data Cloud licenses.
            Required Add-Ons
            Public Sector Generative AI Addon.

            This setup involves turning on the right tools and uploading your recruitment policy manuals to the agent's knowledge base.

            Turn on Org Preferences.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Public Sector Solutions Settings, and then select General Settings.
            2. Turn on Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector.

            Set Up the Retriever

            Set up the retriever for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce Data Library, and then select Agentforce Data Library.
            2. Click New Library and select Files as the data type.
            3. Upload your agency’s recruitment FAQ documents, mission statements, and policy manuals to the library.
              Note
              Note The system must fully index uploaded policy documents before the agent uses the information. Wait until indexing is complete before testing the agent.
