Stay apprised of application, case, and other records that need attention from a Public Sector service representative with Record Alerts. The Record Alert component shows caseworkers, application reviewers, and other users when they need to act on a record. It provides a description of the alert and organizes alerts by categories, such as type, priority, and severity. Users can dismiss or snooze alerts
Public Sector supports record alerts on person accounts, business accounts, and individual applications.
