Data Privacy: Make sure that the policy manuals uploaded to the Agentforce Data Library don't contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive unreleased regulatory data.
Indexing Time: After uploading documents to the Data Library, the system requires time to index the content. The agent can't answer questions based on new documents until indexing is complete.
Language Support: The agent currently supports English. Make sure that your policy documents are in the supported language for accurate retrieval.
