            Create an Experience Cloud Site for Social Insurance Benefits

            Use a template to create an Experience Cloud site where constituents can file and track claims for social insurance benefits.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To create, customize, and publish an Experience Cloud site:

            Create and Set Up Experiences

            AND

            View Setup and Configuration
            To customize an Experience Cloud site: Be a member of the site AND Create and Set Up Experiences
            To publish an Experience Cloud site: Be a member of the site AND Create and Set Up Experiences
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select All Sites.
            2. Click New.
            3. Select Benefits Assistance, and then click Get Started.
            4. Enter a site name.
            5. Complete the URL.
              The string that you enter is appended to the Experience Cloud site domain that you created when you enabled Digital Experiences. For example, if your site domain is CosvilleGov.my.site.com, and for URL you enter SocialInsurance, then your site URL is CosvilleGov.my.site.com/SocialInsurance.
            6. Click Create.
            7. Add members to the site.
              1. In the Administration workspace, click Members.
              2. Under Select Profiles, for Search, select Customer.
              3. Move Social Insurance Site User to the Selected Profiles list.
              4. Save your changes.
