Customize the Pending Recertification List for Constituents
On your Benefits page, customize the Record List component in the Pending
Recertification tab. Pin the list view that constituents need and disable list properties and
actions that aren’t useful to them.
To customize and publish an Experience Cloud site:
Be a member of the site AND Create and Set Up Experiences
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and
then select All Sites.
Click Builder for your benefit assistance Experience Cloud
site.
From the Pages menu, click Pending Recertification, and then select
the Record List component in the tab.
In the property editor, configure these properties for the Record List component.
For Filter Name, select Pending Recertification.
To prevent site users from changing the list view, deselect Allow list
pinning.
To prevent site users from editing benefit assignment records, deselect Allow
inline edit.
To hide list view controls, under Header Properties, deselect Show list
actions.
To hide charts and filters, under Header Properties, deselect Show charts
button and Show filter button.
To show record information in the table format, under Header Properties, for Show display
options, select Table Only.
Preview your changes and publish them when you’re ready.
