If you're new to Data 360, start with these resources:

          • Set Up Data 360 for Public Sector
Before you ingest Public Sector (formerly Public Sector Solutions) data into Data 360, you must set up and configure Data 360.
          • Connect Your Public Sector and Data 360 Orgs
After you set up a Data 360 org, connect Data 360 to your Salesforce org that has the Public Sector (formerly Public Sector Solutions) data.
          • Enable Object and Field Permissions for Public Sector Objects
To ingest data from your Salesforce org with Public Sector (formerly Public Sector Solutions) into Data 360, add the View All Records and Read permissions for the Public Sector objects and fields to the Data 360 Salesforce Connector permission set.
          • External Data Ingestion into Data 360
To ingest constituent data into Data 360, connect your external data source to Data Cloud. For example, you can bring in past case and complaint data from other agencies and aggregate it with the investigative case and complaint information in Salesforce for efficient analysis and insights.
          • Set Up and Deploy Public Sector Data Kits
Use the Public Sector data kit as a starting point for your implementation of Data 360. Data kits contain Data 360 components, such as data model objects and data streams. To deploy these components in the Data 360 org, set up the data kit, and then deploy the data streams.
          • Analytics and AI-Driven Insights with Data 360 for Public Sector
Integrate and unify data from multiple sources and create comprehensive constituent and employee profiles with the Salesforce Data 360 features.
