Decision tables are advanced lookup tables that use complex logic on Salesforce objects to determine rule-based outcomes. Use decision tables independently, or create them in Business Rules Engine and use them in flows or expression sets to define outcomes. When used with Business Rules Engine, decision tables are more flexible than decision matrices because they are set up by Salesforce admins but can easily be maintained by users. They also support more complex logic than decision matrices.
