          Generate a Program and Benefits Summary (Beta)

          Use Einstein Program and Benefits Summary to quickly draft a program and benefits summary that accurately describes the program progress to stakeholders. Program managers can save the time spent on creating program updates to share with internal and external stakeholders.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.
          User Permissions Needed  
          To use Einstein Program and Benefits Summary:
          • Advanced Program Management
          • Context Service Admin
          • Context Service Runtime
          • Einstein for Service Innovations
          • Program and Benefit Management Access
          • Prompt Template User
          1. From the Program Management app, open the program that you want to summarize.
          2. Click the button in the Einstein Program and Benefits Summary pane.

            Einstein analyzes your request and provides a summary result.

          3. To copy the summary so that you can paste it into a document, click Copy.
          4. To get a different version of the summary, click Generate.
