Find and Engage Potential Candidates for a New Job Position
Find applicants who have the skillset that you specify, or find candidates or past
application forms that are relevant to the job position that you want to fill. Create leads for
the applicants to identify them as potential candidates and track outreach. Then, send emails to
the candidate leads to alert them to the job opening and invite them to apply.

discretion and review all suggestions to ensure an equitable evaluation of every
candidate.
From the App Launcher, find and select Talent Recruitment Management.
From the app’s navigation menu, select Recruitment Postings, and then select a recruitment posting record.
To open the agent panel, click the Agentforce icon.
Interact with the agent using utterances such as these.
Can you find matches based on the skills in this job posting?
Find candidates with experience in policy analysis.
Give me relevant applications for this posting.
Show applications whose evaluations are finalized.
Save candidate profiles for this posting.
Send an email to the candidates with information about the posting.
Note Use the utterances for identifying potential candidates depending on whether the
Salesforce admin has added the subagent for sourcing candidates based on past applications
or skillset.
