With Einstein, give your users the insights to quickly make informed decisions. Highlight the required constituent details for a task so that users don't have to click through multiple records to find a constituent’s information. Enable them to determine the required actions for the best outcome while adhering to regulations and policies. Boost user morale and productivity and improve constituent experience, well-being, and satisfaction.
Public Sector Solutions includes these features to help you design and deploy generative AI capabilities for your users.
-
Prompt Builder: Create a library of reusable, task-specific prompts for large language models (LLMs) for your users. Ground the prompts in constituent data from Salesforce objects by using fields from constituent records, flows, or Apex. Test and revise the prompts to get your users the most relevant response for a task. To learn more about creating prompt templates, see Prompt Builder.
-
Template-Triggered Prompt Flows: Build flows that get and transform data from Salesforce objects, and add a text output to a prompt template to ground the prompt instructions in constituent data. To learn more about creating flows to add the grounding data to a prompt template, see Template-Triggered Prompt Flows.
-
Einstein Trust Layer: With the Einstein Trust Layer, provide your users with Einstein generative AI capabilities while you uphold the trust of your constituents and safeguard their data and privacy. Take advantage of security agreements that prevent LLM providers from retaining constituent data. Be assured that prompt templates access constituent data based on the roles, permissions, and field-level security configured for the user that's running the prompt. Mask sensitive constituent data in the prompt template and ensure that the data isn’t sent to the LLM. Rely on system policies to reduce hallucinations and toxicity. To learn more about the trust and security framework, see Einstein Trust Layer.
-
Einstein Summary: Add the Einstein Summary component to a record page and link the component to a prompt template. In the Einstein Summary component, use Einstein to run the prompt template. Einstein starts the corresponding flow to securely add grounding data from the source objects to the prompt, sends the prompt to the LLM, and then shows the LLM’s response to users in the component. Users can copy or edit the response before using it. For a Field Generation prompt template, users can also save the LLM’s response to a record field. To learn more about the component, see Einstein Summary.
To help you get started with Einstein generative AI, Public Sector Solutions includes prompt templates and template-triggered prompt flows for sample workflows. Clone and customize the prompt templates and flows, or use them as a reference to create your own prompt templates and flows.

Make sure that you have the Agentforce for Public Sector add-on to use the generative AI features. - Get Application History Overview
On an individual application record page, get an AI-generated overview of a benefit application. Find the key dates and the application status. Check the outline of the assessments completed by the constituent for the benefit application. - Get Application Version Comparison
On an individual application record page, get an AI-generated comparison of the assessments completed by the constituent for a benefit application. Find the changes in the information provided by the constituent and determine how the changes affect their benefit eligibility. - Get Household Overview
On a benefit applicant’s person account record page, get an AI-generated overview of the applicant’s household. Identify required licenses and permits that the business hasn’t applied for. Find outstanding regulatory code violations and fees. Use the information to create a plan of action to ensure license compliance. - Get Prior Violation Report
On a visit record page, get an AI-generated overview of regulatory code violations logged during previous inspection visits to a site. Learn about the codes violated and the number of times a violation was reported. Check the status of the violation enforcement actions and use the information to determine the focus areas for the current visit. - Generate a Board Version of a Grant Application (Beta)
Grant program officers provide their board members with a distilled version of the grant application that the board members can review for final approval. It can be time consuming to summarize a grant application that calls out the information that the board is most interested in. To save time by quickly generating a board version of the application, use the Einstein Board Version of Grant Application feature. - Generate a Funding Award Summary (Beta)
Grantmaking program officers often use a funding award summary to determine the health of a specific grant. Officers use this information to decide how much engagement is needed, if additional funding disbursements can be made, and whether to provide future funding to the recipient. Gathering information to make these determinations is an arduous task. Use the Einstein Funding Award Summary to quickly identify if the grant is meeting its milestones and fulfilling its requirements. - Generate a Notes Summary (Beta)
Use Einstein Notes Summary to quickly absorb information about constituents, participants, or grantees to provide them with the best service possible. For example, major gift officers must learn about the donor before they make a solicitation call. Case managers must familiarize themselves with notes on the program participant before their next interaction. Quickly identify the actions or tasks that were logged in a note but not completed. - Generate a Program and Benefits Summary (Beta)
Use Einstein Program and Benefits Summary to quickly draft a program and benefits summary that accurately describes the program progress to stakeholders. Program managers can save the time spent on creating program updates to share with internal and external stakeholders.
