On a benefit applicant’s person account record page, get an AI-generated overview of the
applicant’s household. Learn about the name, age, and income of household members, and how they’re
related to the applicant. Make a note of the benefits that the applicant or any of the household
members receives. Use the information to make more informed decisions about their benefit
eligibility.
Program and Benefit Management Access permission set

Public Sector Access permission set

Einstein for Service Innovations permission set
From the App Launcher, find and select Public Sector: Benefit
Management.
On the Individual Application tab, select an application for benefits.
On the Details tab of the individual application’s record page, under Account, click the
applicant’s name.
The applicant’s person account record page opens.
On the Get Einstein Insights pane, acknowledge the disclaimer about using AI-generated
responses.
View the AI-generated household overview.
Copy or edit the overview as required.
To store the overview in the Description field, click Save.
To generate the overview again, click Go.
