          Get Application History Overview

          On an individual application record page, get an AI-generated overview of a benefit application. Find the key dates and the application status. Check the outline of the assessments completed by the constituent for the benefit application.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To get historical overview of a benefit application:

          Program and Benefit Management Access permission set

          AND

          Benefit Disbursement Access permission set

          AND

          Einstein for Service Innovations permission set

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Public Sector: Benefit Management.
          2. On the Individual Application tab, select an application for benefits.
          3. On the Get Einstein Insights pane, acknowledge the disclaimer about using AI-generated responses.
          4. From the prompt-template dropdown, select Create Application History Overview.
          5. View the AI-generated overview of the benefit application.
          6. Copy or edit the overview as required.
          7. To store the overview in the Application Overview field, click Save.
          8. To generate the overview again, click Go.
