          Get Application Version Comparison

          On an individual application record page, get an AI-generated comparison of the assessments completed by the constituent for a benefit application. Find the changes in the information provided by the constituent and determine how the changes affect their benefit eligibility.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To compare benefit application versions:

          Program and Benefit Management Access permission set

          AND

          Benefit Disbursement Access permission set

          AND

          Einstein for Service Innovations permission set

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Public Sector: Benefit Management.
          2. On the Individual Application tab, select an application for benefits.
          3. On the Get Einstein Insights pane, acknowledge the disclaimer about using AI-generated responses.
          4. From the prompt-template dropdown, select Compare Application Versions.
          5. View the AI-generated comparison of the assessments related to the benefit application.
          6. Copy or edit the comparison as required.
          7. To store the comparison in the Application Changes Overview field, click Save.
          8. To generate the comparison again, click Go.
