            Get License Compliance Summary

            On a business’s account record page, get an AI-generated overview of the business’s licenses and permits. Make note of licenses that are expired, nearing expiry, or pending verification. Identify required licenses and permits that the business hasn’t applied for. Find outstanding regulatory code violations and fees. Use the information to create a plan of action to ensure license compliance.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To generate a license compliance summary:

            Public Sector Access permission set

            AND

            Einstein for Service Innovations permission set
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Public Sector: Licenses and Permits.
            2. From the app navigation menu, select Accounts, and then select a business account.
            3. On the Get Einstein Insights pane, acknowledge the disclaimer about using AI-generated responses.
            4. View the AI-generated license and permit overview.
            5. Copy or edit the overview as required.
            6. To store the overview in the Description field, click Save.
            7. To generate the overview again, click Go.
