            Manage Compliance with Agentforce

            Work with the agent to determine whether there was a violation. Get a quick summary of the violation, identify the related violation enforcement actions, and violation fees, if any. Finally, send a summary of the visit with all the details to the business owner related to the inspection visit.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To manage compliance with Agentforce:

            Compliance Management Agent Access permission set

            AND

            Public Sector Access permission set

            AND

            Agentforce for Public Sector permission set

            AND

            Data Cloud User permission set
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Visits.
            2. Sort the visits by visit priority, and select the visit with the highest priority.
            3. To open the agent panel, click the Agentforce icon.
            4. Interact with the agent using utterances.
              For example:
              • What are the regulatory implications, enforcement actions, and penalties for employing an unlicensed individual?
              • What enforcement actions and penalties apply for using unsterilized metal instruments?
