Map the benefits and services that you administer to constituents to the specialties that providers offer. Search for providers and facilities that offer the benefits and services that constituents need, and make referrals. Build an Experience Cloud site that providers can use to process referrals, manage service delivery, and collaborate effectively and transparently with your agencies.

          Providers are organizations that offer specialized services to individuals. Government agencies can collaborate with the providers to serve their constituents. 

          For example, the Human Services Department stores details of providers after it verifies their professional credentials, inspects facilities, and certifies that the providers meet required standards. Then caseworkers can refer constituents to providers in the network to receive services. For example, when a constituent’s life partner passes away, the caseworker can refer them to a qualified grief counselor.

          Public Sector offers a suite of objects and functionality that provide a framework for provider management and service delivery.

It also shares the benefit assignment record related to the referral and the account of the benefit assignment enrollee with the provider user. Make sure that caseworkers have the appropriate permissions to run the flow, and configure a custom action to initiate the flow.
